Description

This banana muffin recipe with 2 bananas is carefully tested to deliver soft, moist muffins with natural sweetness and perfect banana flavor—no extra fruit needed. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2-bananas
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • 1 Egg


Instructions

  1. First of all, Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk.
  2. After it, insert 1/2 cup of sugar in it & mix it well.
  3. Then add our 1 egg, & mix it.
  4. After this, we got a yellow paste, then insert 1/3 cup of oil. Again mix it.
  5. Now add 1 cup of flour for heavy & good texture of muffin. Mix it well.
  6. Then add our special 2 smashed banana paste, which boosts muffin flavor.
  7. After it add 1 Tsp of Baking powder and vanilla essence & mix it well.
  8. Now insert muffin paste in cups for bakery style texture & bake them for 25-30 minutes at 190°C.
  9. Our yummy and sweet banana muffins are ready now. Cool them for 15-20 minutes & serve them.
