This banana muffin recipe with 2 bananas is carefully tested to deliver soft, moist muffins with natural sweetness and perfect banana flavor—no extra fruit needed.

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2-bananas
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- First of all, Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk.
- After it, insert 1/2 cup of sugar in it & mix it well.
- Then add our 1 egg, & mix it.
- After this, we got a yellow paste, then insert 1/3 cup of oil. Again mix it.
- Now add 1 cup of flour for heavy & good texture of muffin. Mix it well.
- Then add our special 2 smashed banana paste, which boosts muffin flavor.
- After it add 1 Tsp of Baking powder and vanilla essence & mix it well.
- Now insert muffin paste in cups for bakery style texture & bake them for 25-30 minutes at 190°C.
- Our yummy and sweet banana muffins are ready now. Cool them for 15-20 minutes & serve them.
