This Vanilla Muffin Recipe is my foundation—the one I trust every time.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of All-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup of Oil
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 1 tsp of Baking powder
- 1 tsp of Vanilla essense
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup of Sugar
- a pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Line muffin pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, mix milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gently combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fill cups ¾ full.
- Bake until tops are golden and spring back.
